中文摘要 | 起落架是飛機著陸時之主要避震裝置,其中減震器系統主要是緩衝落地之衝擊力以減輕傳至飛機結構之負荷,由於減震支柱油針的設計可提昇減震系統的效率,因此為使減震支柱能獲得最佳之減震效率,油針外形之設計是必要的。由於油氣式減震支柱之製造複雜且昂貴,且進行落錘試驗既耗時費用又高,因此本文以數值模擬的方式,對減震支柱之節流孔口及油針進行調整節流孔口面積之分析研究,以使束流作用產生之能量吸收達到最高效益並達到設計要求,同時建立減震支柱之設計能量與分析工具。 |
英文摘要 | Landing gear is a shock absorber for landing. For reducing the loading to the aircraft, the absorber system must absorb the shock energy of a landing. The oleo-pneumatic shock strut is the most common type of shock-absorbing gear. For maximum efficiency, the oleopneumatic shock strut has a mechanism for varying the size of orifices as the shock strut compresses. Therefore, estimating the dimensions of a shock strut is a relevant task. Since the manufacture and drop testing of oleopneumatic shock strut are complicated and expensive. To promote the efficiency of a oleopneumatic shock strut, this study employs the numerical simulation techniques to analyze the oleopneumatic shock strut behavior and determine the dimensions of a shock strut. The analysis presented herein confirm the validity of currently employed fabrication processes in shock strut. |
