中文摘要 | 中華電信公司為提供客戶快速、便利、田品質、多樣化的服務,持續引進各式先進 設備,為使諸設備提供最佳之服務,實需建置或開發專屬之維運技援系統(OSS, Operation Supporting System)。由於各維運支援系統之操作界面、工作平臺皆不相同,容易造成使用者 的不便,因此,如何整合各系統,使之提供用戶單一的運作環境,便成為維運系統開發者面 臨的重要課題。 正值長途與行通分公司積極引進SDH網路,本計劃乃以過去累積的技術與經驗,迅速開 發完成一套整合式網管系統。本系統連接的對象為具備標準Q3界面[1][2][3]之網路管理系統 (NMS, Network Management system),透過一般Web瀏覽器(Browser)即可提供使用者操作。 本文將介紹SNIMS之軟體架構、系統功能、系統展示、以及軟體技術,期能對網管整合 平臺的理想有所貢獻。 |
英文摘要 | As a commitment to provide customers with rapid, convenient, high-quality and versatile services, Chunghwa Telecom keeps constructing the advanced networks. As a result, various kinds of operation supporting systems (OSSs) have been developed and deployed for optimizing the utilization of the equipments and facilities. On account of the inconvenience imposed by different operation platforms and user interfaces, how to integrate these systems and provide a uniform operation environment has become that most important topic for developing as OSS. During the period Long Distance and Mobile Business Group (LDM) brought up its SDH network, SNIMS (SDH Netwrok Integrated Network Management System) team had quickly developed an integrated system based on the past experiences and techniques. SNIMS integrates vendor's NMSs that provide a standard Q3 interface. Operators can manimpulate our system easily via Java-enabled Web Browsers. This article will introduce the software architecture and functionality of SNIMS. A simple demonstration will be presented also. We hope the techniques SNIMS adopts can contribute the concept of common-platform for future network management systems. |
