中文摘要 | 本研究以抽樣3358位消費者為對象,主要目的在了解消費者在颱風蔬果的消費行為,採用自編問卷調查法,研究果顯示:颱風後,以生鮮蔬果整體而言,消費者採購主以根莖類及芽菇類、次以花果實類與水果類取代葉菜類;而就種類而言,消費者以紅蘿蔔、綠豆芽、絲瓜、玉米和蘋果來取代菠菜與芥藍菜,而冷凍蔬菜、醃製蔬菜與罐頭蔬菜購買量均減少。此乃消費者在颱風過後用替代蔬果以因應不可抗拒的環境變化情形。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to survey and explore the consumers’ behavior on purchasing vegetables & fruits after the typhoon in Taiwan area. The sample consisted of 3358 regular consumers have been reunited in this study. The major findings were as follows: After the typhoon, the consumers ate root-stock、sprout、flower-fruit vegetables and fruits instead of leafy vegetables. Instead of spinach and cabbage, the consumptions of carrots、sprout of mug bean、ground、winter gourd、corns and apples in creased. The purchase of frozen、pickled & canned vegetables were all reduced. This is the way people have eaten the different vegetables instead of they usually ate after the environment change. |
