中文摘要 | 由台灣鴨隻分離Pasterurella multocida (Pm)54株進行藥物感受性試驗,發現 有96%(52)菌株對一種或多種藥物具有抗藥性,抗藥頻率以Trimethoprim 63%及 Tetracycline 5O%最高,其他依次為Streptomycin 28%,Kanamycin 28%,Gentamicin l5%,Chloramphenicol 7%,Sulfamethoxazole 6%,但所有菌株對Nalidixic acid及 Ampicillin均無抗藥性。菌株之多重抗藥型式以Tetracycline-Trimethoprim最常見,有些 菌株最高可抵抗6種藥物,個別抗藥性轉移以Gentamicin,Trimethoprim最高。在轉形作用 後,接受菌株得到Pm所帶之R-plasmid後,抗藥程度之表現因宿主之不同而有所差異。所有 R質體不屬於測試之已知不相容性質體群之任何一種。 本試驗證證台灣分離之Pm菌不能藉接合作用傳遞抗藥因子,何以抗藥頻率居高,原因尚 待研究。 |
英文摘要 | A total of 54 strains of Pasteurella multocidz isolated from ducks in Taiwan were examined for R-plasmids. Thirty-four of the isolates contained plasmid DNA. The antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that 52(96%) of the 54 strains were resistant to one or more drugs. The incidence of resistance was noted to trimethoprim 63%, tetracycline 50%, streptomycin 28%, Kanamycin 28%, gentamicin 45%, choloramphenicol 7%, sulfamethoxazole 6%. The sensitivity to nalidixic acid and ampicillin was 100%, Multiple drug resistance to tetracycline-trimethoprim was the most common resistance pattern. The most prevalent transferable resistance was gentamicin and trimethoprim. After transformation, the level of drug resistance expressed in the transformant was different from that of the donor. The R- plasmids did not belong to any of the 19 incompatibility groups evaluated. |
