中文摘要 | 本研究利用植物組織培養法探討不同品系紫田薯(Dioscorea alata L. var. purpurea M. Pouch )薯塊之癒合組織誘發、生長及繼代培養。結果顯示不同品系紫田薯薯 塊癒合組織之誘發率與誘發程度以添加 30 μ M 2,4-D 最佳,而 kinetin 或 BA 之添加對 各品系癒合組織之誘發率及誘發程度並無顯著差異。各品系紫田薯癒合組織之誘發率與誘發 程度以添加 1 %蔗糖於 MF-1 培養基中最高。 添加 GA �骨� MF-1 培養基對癒合組織誘發 、生長及繼代培養有抑制效果。 |
英文摘要 | The initiation, growth and subculturing of calli from tuber explants of different lines of Dioscorea alata L. var. purpurea M. Pouch were studied. The addition of 30 μ M 2,4-D induced more calli than other combinations from the tubers of different lines of Dioscorea alata L. var. purpurea M. Pouch. The addition of kinetin or BA did not significantly affect the percentage or the degree of callusing. The MF-1 media containing 1% sucrose gave an initiation with the highest percentage and the degree of callusing. However, adding GA �� to the MF-1 media did inhibit the initiation, growth and subculturing of calli. |
