中文摘要 | 目前有兩種描述MH D-DIF統抽樣變異的指標被發展出來一估計標準誤和EST DIF分類結果的穩定度,本研究的目的在應用bootstrap法評估此兩種MH D-DIF統計數抽樣變異指標在不同樣本數下的表現。本研究調查的樣本境包括參照和焦點組之受試樣本人數各為1000、500、250和100等四種情況,從每一種樣本情境,各抽取100個bootstrap樣本。本研究比較各種樣本境下,MH D-DIF的估計標準誤和bootstrap標準誤,以及分類概率程序(classification probability algroithm,簡稱CPA)估計的DIF分類結果和bootstrap樣本實際的DIF結果。研究結果指出:當兩組受試樣本人數在250左右,MH估計標準誤和CPA的表現大致上已令人滿意,其結果已可對MH DIF統計數的抽樣變異是供精確的估計值,滿足實務工作上的需要。 |
英文摘要 | Two indices for representing the sampling variability of the MH D-DIF statistic have been proposed: the estimated standard error and the stability of the operational DIF classification. The propose of this study was to assess the sampling variability of the MH D-DIF statistic under various sample size conditions using bootstrap method. The samples size for the reference and focal groups were modeled to be 1000/1000, 500/500, 250/250, and 100/100, and 100 bootstrap replications were made for each sample size condition. The comparisons of the estimated standard errors and the bootstrap standard error, and of the expected percents associated with A, B and C DIF classifications estimated by the classification probability algorithm (CPA) and the actual percents of A, B and C DIF results in the 100 bootstrap replications were made. The results of this study indicated that the estimated standard error for the MH D-DIF and the expected A, B and C DIF results computed by the CPA were generally quite accurate for practical purposes with the sample sizes for the two comparison groups being about 250 or larger. |
