英文摘要 | Integrated the stepping motor, sensor and micrometer, the precision of micrometer can be raised to below 2 μm. The method is very convenient and the cost is cheaper, Moreover, it can reducing or avoiding the micrometer's errors because of the theoretical errors by the instrument or the practical errors by users. The paper include the design and manufacturing of interface card, the product also was calibrated by the corporation of calibration. It can illustrate the accuracy of the micrometer. |
