中文摘要 | 本研究之目的係探討不同填料之木質複合水泥磚作為園藝造園建材的可行性,首 先測定複合漿料的凝結時間,按著進行複合漿體的製作及抗壓強度測試; 試驗採用填料:水 泥重量百分比 =20 %:80 %。 其結果摘要如下:竹粒片經過冷水浸漬 1 天或熱水煮沸 4 小時處理,重量百分比為竹粒片:水泥 =20 %:80 %之竹粒片一水泥複合漿體凝結時間明 顯地縮短; 在相對濕度 95 %的養生室內養生,終凝時間為未處理者 (1603 分鐘 )> 冷水 浸漬 1 天者 (886 分鐘 )> 熱水煮沸 4 小時者 (422 分鐘 )。 由冷水浸漬 1 天之竹材粒 片其尺寸對凝結時間和抗壓強度大小的影響得知: 初凝時間 14mesh 之粒片 (235 分鐘 )<18m esh(273 分鐘 )< 未篩選 (310 分鐘 )<35mesh(453 分鐘 )< 粉塵 (1212 分鐘 ): 終凝時間 14mesh 之粒片 (554 分鐘 )<18mesh(589 分鐘 )<35mesh(590 分鐘 )< 未篩選 (886 分鐘 )< 粉塵 (1787 分鐘 ); 抗壓強度養生 3 天者 60 ∼ 70kgf/cm �插A 7 天者 95-120kgf/cm �插A28 天者 110-153kgf/cm �插F粒片尺寸對抗壓強度之影響,養生 3 天者 為粉塵 < 未篩選 <18mesh<35mesh<14mesh' 養生 7 天者為 18mesh<14mesh< 未篩選 < 粉 塵 <35mesh' 養生 28 天者為 14mesh<18mesh< 未篩選 <35mesh< 粉塵。木質粒片不論是冷 水浸漬 I 天或熱水煮沸 4 小時處理,竹粒片一水泥複合漿體較杉木粒片一水泥複合漿體之 凝結時間短,抗壓強度大。添加 20 %填飛砂、飛灰、飛灰一砂、積體電路版粒片等水泥複 合漿體之比較, 初凝時間與終凝時間之趨勢相若即砂 < 純水泥 < 積體電路版粒片 < 飛灰 < 飛灰一砂; 至於試體之抗壓強度,養生 3 天時,飛灰一砂 < 純水泥 < 飛灰之積體電路 版粒片 < 砂;養生 7 天時,飛灰一砂 < 純水泥 < 積體電路版粒片 < 飛灰 < 砂;而養生 28 天時為飛灰一砂 < 積體電路版粒片 < 飛灰之砂 < 純水泥。木質粒片一水泥複合空心磚 、植草磚和步道磚以粒片經過熱水煮沸 4 小時或冷水浸漬 1 天等之木質複合水泥磚結合情 形較未處理者佳,且拆模較容易。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to investigate the feasibility of wood and cement complex brick with different additives as the horticultural construction. The setting time of cement complex liquid was measured, and then manufactured thecompound and alse evaluated the compressive strength. The percentage of additive to cement was 20%: 80% based on the weight. The results may be summarized as the followings: The setting time was shortened obviously for treatments that bamboo particles were soaked in cold water for I day or boiled in hot water for 4 hours as the ratio of bamboo particle to cement was 20%:80%. The ranks of final setting time were:non-treatment (1603 min.) > soaked in cold water for I day (886 min.) > boiled in hot water for 4 hours (422 min.). The influence of particle size on setting time and compressive strength were: soaked in cold water for I day showed that the initial setting time was 14 mesh (235 min.) < 18 mesh (273 min.) < without screening (310 min.) < 35 mesh (453 min.) < dust (1212 min.), and the final setting time was 14 mesh (554 min.) < 18 mesh (589 min.) < 35 mesh (590 min.) < without screening (886 min.) < dust (1787 min.). The compressive strengths were: aging for 3 days was 60-70 kgf/cm�� aging for 7 days was 95-120 kgf/cm �� andaging for 28 days was 110-153 kgf/cm ��, respectively. The influences of particlesize on compressive strength were: aging for 3 days showed that dust < without screening < 18 mesh < 35 mesh < 14 mesh, aging for 7 days showed that 18 mesh <14 mesh < without screening < dust < 35 mesh, and aging for 28 days showed that 14 mesh < 18 mesh < without screening < 35 mesh < dust. No matter that the woodbased particles which were soaked in cold water for I day or boiled in hot water for 4 hours, the setting time of bamboo particle cement complex liquid was shorter than Chinese fir cement complex liquid, and the compressive strength of the former was higher than the latter. The comparison of cement complex liquid which mixed with sand, ash, ash- sand, and integrated circuit board particle, the initial setting time was sand < cement < integrated circuit board particle <ash <ash- sand, and the final setting time was sand < cement < integrated circuit board particle < ash < ash- sand. The result for compressive strength showed that aging for 3 days, ash-sand < cement < ash < integrated circuit board particle < sand; while aging for 7 days, ash-sand < cement < integrated circuit board particle < ash < sand, while aging for 28 days, ash-sand < integrated circuit board particle <ash sand <cement. The combined condition of woodbased particlecement complex hollow brick, plant brick, and step brick which were soaked in cold water for I day or boiled in hot water for 4 hours was better than that of nontreatment, and it was easier to be removed from the form. |
