中文摘要 | 本研究以83年度臺北市十大環保社區為對象,採深度訪談的質性研究方式,以了 解社區進行環境行動的現況及其環境教育的意義。 訪談結果以需求-資產-過程-結果 4 個要素分析社區的環境行動。研究發現受訪社區的環境行動主要是清潔、資源回收、綠美化 ;行動大多起因於政府的刺激與壓力,本身自覺的發動較少。所運用的資源, 主要是聘工、 部分社區有義工隊協助。過程中,政府往往提供協助,民間團體亦有涉入。行動結果均使社 區環境改善,少數社區並有環保組織形成或成長。以環境教育的觀點,未來社區需加強居民 對環境問題的敏感度及責任感,轉為自發性的環境行動;訓練社區的義工組織,協助其環境 認知、反思及宣導技能,成為有力的社區資源,並使更多的社區居民參與。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to describe the actions taken by ten communities which were awarded with"environmental community" by the Taipei Municipal Government in 1994. An in-depth interview was adopted. The community leaders were interviewed for their action experiences at community level. The need-asset-process-outcome model was used to guide the qualitative data analysis. The results are as follows:The environmental actions taken by these communities were cleaning and planting flowers around their houses and recycling. Most of them took actions in accordance with the government's policy. The community leaders usually hired people to clean, however, in some communities, there are volunteer groups to assist. Local government gave a lot of support for those community which had taken actions and several NGO groups involved as well. The environmental quality in these ten communities was improved after those actions. In several communities, their environmental groups grew up. In the perspective of environmental education, it is recommended that environmental sensitivity and responsibility of residents should be reinforced and changed into self-initiative action in the community. In additions, training programs should be provided for the volunteer groups to increase their environmental knowledge, reflection ability and persuasion skill. |
