中文摘要 | Metallcoene觸媒為近年來發展之高效率觸媒。此類觸媒具有高聚合活性及單一均 勻的活性部位,可廣泛的應用在各類烯烴單體之單質聚合及共聚合反應。此外若選擇適當之 Metallcoene 觸媒,可製得具有立體規則性及分子量雙峰之特殊聚烯烴高分子。本文探討以 商業化 (Cp �� ZrCl �� ) 及工研院化工所新發展的 (CpTpZrCl �� ) 觸媒來聚合聚乙烯高 分子,並研究此類合反應在不同反應條件下之動力學,由此動力學數據進而掌握最適當之反 應條件以供日後製程放大之用。 |
英文摘要 | Metallocene catalysts are high efficienct catalysts developed in the recent years. These catalysts have the following unique properties:(1)Higg activity for polymerization. (2)A single and homogeneous catalyst system. (3)Applicable to a wide variety of monomers comonomers polymerization. Otherwise, we can produce stereoregular and bimodel polyolefins through a proper selection of catalyst system. This paper will investigate the kinetic behavior of the ethylene polymerization by CpZrCl��/MAO and CpTpZrCl��/MAO metallocene catalysts. These catalyst were obtain from eommercial and from Union Chemical Laboratories, Industrial Technology Research Institute respectively. The kinetics in different conditions are studied. From the catalytic polymerization kinetic data, hopely we can obtain the optimal condition for scale-up process. |
