中文摘要 | 以生物完全可分解之紙漿及特定之無毒性脂肪酸鈣鹽,如硬脂酸鈣、棕櫚酸鈣為 原料,研製無公害紙餐具,已獲得最佳之組成為紙漿87.5-90%,特定脂肪酸鈣鹽10-12.5%。 製程中使用對紙漿乾重之0.5-5%界面活性劑,如松香皂(Rosin soap)、及凝聚劑兼界面活性 劑之消除劑,如硫酸鋁(Alum)。將漿料抄成乾紙板再經110-170℃熱壓,即得製造餐盒用紙 板,或以成形機成形,再於上述溫度熱壓成一體成形紙餐具。所研發之方法經量產成功,製 品耐熱、防水及生物可完全分解,為堪用之無公害紙餐具。 |
英文摘要 | Some specified fatty acid compounds such as calcium stearate and calcium palmitate are disclosed in this paper to be a good binder for making nonpolluting paper utensils because of being biodegradable, nontoxic, and waterproof substances. The appropriate composition of the paper utensils is 87.5-90 weight percent of paper pulp and 10-12.5 weight percent of the binder. The surfactant as rosin soap and the aggregating agent as alum are also used in the amount of 0.5 to 5% based on the dry weight of pulp to facilitate the preparation of the furnish. A dry paper board is first formed from the furnish and is subjected to a hot-press at 165℃ to obtain a waterproof product suitable for making paper lunch boxes. In addition, a molded paper utensil can also be made with the same furnish and conditions. A mass-production test has been successfully carried out. The results are very promising. The products developed are biodegradable, heat-durable, waterproof, and are usable as nonpolluting paper utensils. |
