中文摘要 | 鼻腔鼻竇神經內分泌細胞癌是一種罕見的神經外胚層腫瘤,目前對於此種腫瘤的臨床表現及組織病理特性仍所知有限。我們報告一個病例,利用氟-18-去氧萄糖正子斷層造影顯示鼻腔神經內分泌癌並且伴隨有全身多處轉移。本文探討用來顯影神經內分泌細胞癌的不同放射藥物,包含單光子閃爍造影及正子造影所使用之示蹤劑。使用兩種放射藥物的造影技術,分別針對分化良好及分化不良的神經內分泌細胞癌,有潛力能夠得到更完整的腫瘤評估效果,進而用在腫瘤治療評估。其中氟-18-去氧萄糖能檢測出分化較差的神經內分泌細胞癌。 |
英文摘要 | Sinonasal neuroendocrine carcinoma is a rare malignant neoplasm. It is one kind of neuroectodermal tumors. Understanding of the exact clinical course and histological features of these tumors is limited at present. We presented a case of a poorly-differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma in the nasal cavity with multiple metastases, detected by 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (18F-FDG PET). Previous studies about different single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and PET tracers for visualizing neuroendocrine tumors were reviewed in this article. Functional PET/CT imaging with dual tracers for both well-differentiated and poorly-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors has potential for a more comprehensive tumor assessment and may be useful to provide more accurate information regarding the extent of disease and to guide treatment in radionuclude therapy. 18F-FDG PET seems to be useful for identifying neuroendocrine tumors that have a poor differentiation. |
