中文摘要 | 本論文主要針對二維影像提出與其匹配之二維影像對位技術,利用精密的薄板仿樣對位映射函數,及影像匹配的資訊,重建新的二維平面影像,以得到彼此相對應的結構。在建立影像對位函數時,首先搜尋兩張由不同方式取得的影像,決定出一組最佳相關性影像資料模型參數組,繼之,再以此局部控制點,找出兩張影像的關連性,以定義其對應函數,進一步利用此函數,產生吾人所需之對位影像。本論文亦將此方法推展至三維立體視覺上,並能以更清楚的方式將結果呈現於影像訊息中。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, a convenient image registration technique based on the thin-plate spline (TPS) mapping function was presented. The method can determine the corresponding medical image information and obtain the matching image structure from different images. Using this technique, the two sets of image coordinate information used as the mapping parameters obtained from the relative medical images with different imaging techniques were chosen from a developed computer user interface manually. The selected image coordinate points were used to find out the coordinate relationship of each image information to decide the mapping function. Furthermore, the deformed images and registration results can be integrated by the determined mapping function. To apply this method, it is effective to extend the image information from two-dimensional images to the three-dimensional visualization. |
