英文摘要 | The Integrated Logistic Support (ILS ) system of machinery lays emphasis on the concept of design-for-maintenance. On the one hand, top priorities in the product developing phase are the standardization of machine parts, simplification of assembly / disassembly / repair, and the establishment of system reliability of product. On the other hand, in the service phase, ILS insures that makers provide users with accessto high-quality service support, which benefits makers and users at the same time. As for users, through management and information technology, they receive training on how to properly operate machines, how to inform the makers of machinery failures in time, and how to exercise life cycle management of machinery and maintenance of parts. In a similar way, ILS enables makers to do the trouble-shooting in remoteand search for correct maintenance approaches from knowledgebase. Furthrmore, optimized process andprecise pats supply make it possible for makers to get the service done as soon as possible. |
