中文摘要 | 無論如何,該海域結構物必須在其所固定位置作一長期且穩定的工程操作實務。另從設計與建造等工程角度來看,其通常必須審慎地針對抵檔嚴酷波浪激振力而設計。因此對於該海洋結構物的操作實務安全性而言,即必須在被步設計階段中嚴謹考慮此一重要因素。在本研究論文中,自由液面對水動力負荷的影響是被簡化忽略,並且在設計實務計算中,沒水體的柱狀及筒狀等結構物間干擾效應亦被適度近似。在數學預估模式的發展基礎上,首先假設雙胴體沒水結構物係平浮於前進規則波浪中,並且其在波浪中的運動反應特徵的模擬計算係根據深水波理論所發展。兩種不同型式的雙胴體半潛式海洋結構物模型被用來作數值計算,並與其實驗結果等作比較分析研究。以上兩模型的理論運動反應特徵預估計算值與國際間相關研究的實驗結果等相較下,可得到相當滿足工程上所需的精度。經過理論與實驗等結果的相互印證下,最終作者可確認該能有效預估在波浪中雙胴沒水體海域結構物運動反應特徵的理論近似方法,可在初步設計階段中作相當便利的實務應用。同時該實用方法可輕易在各種個人電腦系統上進行運動反應的設計評估作業,勢能在離岸海洋工程領域中作安全可靠的實務應用。 |
英文摘要 | From the point of view of design and construction for marine structure, they should be well designed so as to withstand severe wave excitation forces in general. Nevertheless the operating safety of such marine vehicles is a critical factor which has to be taken into account at the preliminary design stage. It is assumed that the influence of free surface on hydrodynamic forces is neglected in the computations. These twin hulled structures are floating in regular progressive waves and their motion characteristics are studied, based on the deepwater wave theory. The details of mathematical model to predict motion responses of twin hulled offshore structures in waves are described comprehensively. Comparison studies are carried out on two different twin hulled semi-submersible models. The approximate predictions, compared with experimental results of previous researchers, are found to meet with a considerable amount of engineering accuracy. An approximate approach, to investigate motion characteristics of twin hulled structures in waves on a preliminary basis, is rather convenient and easily carried out on desktop calculators for practical design application in offshore engineering industries. |
