英文摘要 | Research on strategic management in nonprofit organizations has experienced rapid growth in the last twenty years. The research focus can be divided into three components of strategic managemtent: strategy formulation, content, and implementation. With regard to strategy formulation, the focus of research has been narrow, lacking investigation into broader questions of strategic decision-making processes. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the successful strategic management experiences of nonprofit organizations in Wisconsin. It is concluded that building linkages among state policy makers, agency officials, researchers, and practitioners throuth the exchange of policy-relevant information is key to nonprofit organizations' initial success in influencing State family policy. |
