英文摘要 | In this paper we study a queueing model with scheduled arrival times where customers’ arrival times to the system are arbitrarily designated. It is assumed that their scheduled interarrival times are independently and identically distributed random variables and their delayed times are arbitrarily distributed. A person that cannot arrive at the system during this interval is not offered the service and consequently must leave. The service time of a customer is assumed to be exponentially distributed. This queue is referred as GI/GI/M/1. For this model, we get the stationary distribution of the system size in the geometric form and that of the waiting time, and also consider some special cases as well. |
