中文摘要 | 本研究主旨在探討土壤鹽分、噴灑鹽沫對四種臺灣原生闊葉樹種-大葉山欖、水黃 皮、福木及樹青之生理影響及危害。研究結果顯示來自於土壤之鹽分對苗木之危害遠大於噴灑 鹽沫處理者,即土壤鹽分為危害苗木之主要原因。土壤鹽分處理後,隨著Na□及Cl□在植體 累積,會誘導脯胺酸之積聚,且Na□/Ca□及Na□/K□比值亦會隨之增加,葉綠素濃度減少但 葉綠素a/b比未顯著變化。另各觀測介量四種樹種體內Na□與Cl□濃度之相關係數高達 0.90,Na□、Cl□與脯胺酸之相關係數亦高達0.90以上,經由比較不同樹種間各介量的變幅 得知,樹青的Na□、及Cl□聚積量較少受害較輕具最佳之耐鹽性,大葉山欖最劣。 |
英文摘要 | We studied the physiological influences and damages by flooding salt water and salt spray to four native broad-leaved species, Palaquium formosanum, Pongamia pingamia, Garcinia spicata and Planchonella pinnata. Salt damage came from flooding salt water treatment was much more severe than from salt spray. The damage was more severe with the increased accumulation of Na□ and Cl□ in plants. Proline accumulation in leaves was induced by Na□ and Cl□ accumulation. Both of Na□/Ca □ and Na□/K□ ratio increased with the Na□ concentration increased. Chlorophyll was deteriorated with the accumulation of Na□ and Cl□. However, chlorophyll a/b ratio of salt treated plants was not significantly changed. The correlation coefficient of the concentration of Na□ and Cl□ was more than 0.90 and of the concentration of proline and Na□ or Cl□ was also more than 0.90. Comparing the changed ranges of observed parameters responded to flooding salt water, the salt tolerance of Planchonella pinnata was the best, and Palaquium formosanum was the poorest among four tested woody species. |
