| 英文摘要 | Central post-stroke paresthesia refers to persistent unpleasant sensations in the affected parts areas of the body after strokes. We carried out a prospective study to survey stroke patients in during the first 6 months after the acute cerebrovascular events. Central post-stroke paresthesia was present in 151 of 830 (18.2%) patients, and the rate of occurrence was not significantly different between patients with ischemic strokes and hemorrhagic strokes. Most patients developed symptoms within the first week and 92.1% of them had abnormal sensibility testing results. Involvement of spino-thalamo-cortical pathway is thought to be an essential component of the central post-stroke paresthesia. |
