英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to design a structural module for nonverbal communication skill training group. We hoped that this could be processed repeatedly and easily in every psychiatric ward so as to reduce staff's work burden. And we would practice this training program in acute and chronic ward to compare its effect. The method of this research according to the staff's working experience with other relevant references, completed the guidebook foreach team member. There were 59 patients participated in this study which came from an acute and chronic psychiatric ward. Every ward's participants were divided into four groups. The group met for two times each week for a total course of eight sessions, one hour each times. Every session had one theme including introducing, facial expression, eye contact, body posture, interpersonal distance, voice inflection, listening and greeting. Every session contained five stages, which were warming up, one activity with helping cards about the themes, modeling, excising around the group members and homework assignment. The group effect was examined with the group atmosphere and personal performance after every sessions. We used Chi- square statistics analysis to test the difference about group atmosphere and personal performance between acute and chronic ward. The result found that in acute ward there was an obvious decrease in passive group atmosphere with the progress of group sessions. In the aspect of respectively personal performance, It also that in acute ward the more group sessions the less withdrawal members revealed. The group design could only proved that the withdrawal patients in acute ward became more active and conformation, but not alike in chronic ward. Anyway, around the period the groups near the end of course could, we find that team members increase active response gradually such as raising their hand spontaneously and expressing their opinions. Therefore in the future, it could increase times of group. |
