中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討修練香功的時段與次數對人體血液生化值的影響。本研究之志願受試者為九位男性與七位女性,隨機分派成卯時(早上)一次組、卯申酉(早上及下午)二次組及申酉(下午)一次組等三組。其平均年齡分別為60.6±6、63.7±11及65.3±10歲,參與為期六個月的香功實驗。實驗前、後進行以十四項血液生化值進行分析,比較不同修練時段與次數之組別的差異及對生理的影響。經獨立樣本t考驗與二因子一般線性模式分析,得到以下結果﹕(一)整體而言,血液生化指數在十四項當中有九項達顯著差異(p<.05)。(二)不同時段修練一次組,其生化指數無顯著差異p>.05)﹔惟有白蛋白(albumin)指數會因修練時段及次數交互影響而有差異(p<.05),其餘十三項指數均未達顯著差異(p>.05)。由此歸納,修練香功之時段及次數可能影響血液之白蛋白組成。每日能修練二次,對人體健康有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | This study reports an experiment which sought to find out the impact of Shiang Kong practicing time period and frequency on blood biochemical function. Nine males and seven females volunteered to participate in a Shiang Kong practicing experiment. Aged 60.6±6,63.7±10, and 63.5±10 respectively, the participants were assigned to one of the following groups based on practicing frequency per day: (1) morning practice group; (2) afternoon practice group; (3) morning and afternoon practice group. The experiment lasted for six months. To investigate the influencing effects of both variables of practicing time period and frequency, a blood biochemical analysis for each participant was conducted before and after the experiment. Data were analyzed using the independent t-test and the two way general linear model (GLM) of analysis. It was found that, for all the three groups, nine out of the fourteen blood biochemical index analyzed reached the significant level of difference, p <.05. As for the morning and afternoon practice group, the interaction between practicing time period and frequency contributed only to a significant difference in the albumin index, not others. It is concluded that the joint influence of the two variables might cause the functional change in albumin. 2 persistent practice of Shiang Kong twice per day may lead to improved health. |
