中文摘要 | 六0年代以來,潛在課程研究在學者努力下,逐漸呈現豐碩的研究成果;隨著課 程研究成為教育研究的重要領域,潛在課程也受到課程研究者的注意。由於潛在課程多成於 無形,其影響有時更甚於正式課程;對易受境教影響的幼兒而言,幼教教師更有責任了解潛 在課程的重要性,進而發覺並善用之。因此,本研究旨在探討潛在課程概念之意涵,由潛在 課程省思幼教教學革新之可能途徑,期對幼教教學有所助益。 本研究採文獻分析法。首先分析潛在課程之源起與概念內涵,建立對潛在課程的正確認識; 其次分析幼兒教育目的與幼教教學的定位,探討幼兒教育的特性與趨向,再次從潛在課程概 念之發展省思幼兒觀、師資、課程與教學、學習環境、班級大小與師生比例、親師合作、行 政配合等七項重要幼教教學議題,希望藉議題的反省尋求幼教教學革新之可行途徑;最後研 究者歸結上述討論,提出八點可行作法,希望幼教教師能正視潛在課程,化解危機、善用契 機,帶動幼教教學的健全發展。 |
英文摘要 | Hidden curriculum had fruitful research findings from 1960s by many researchers. In the area of educational research, hidden curriculum had got some attentions of curriculum researchers. Due to the unseen forming, the influences are usually much more than formal curriculum. Early childhood teachers have the duty on understanding the importance of hidden curriculum for children who are easily influenced by the environment, and discovering the existence of hidden curriculum as well as taking good use of it. The purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning of hidden curriculum, with in the way of reflecting possible ways for teaching reform by way of the meanings of hidden curriculum, therefore, the contributions to early childhood teaching are in hope. This research is based on method of literature analysis. It has four main purposes: 1.To analyze the origin and concept of hidden curriculum. 2.To analyze the purposes of early childhood education and the function of early childhood teaching in order to summarize the characteristics and approaches of early childhood education. 3.To reflect seven contemporary disputes on early childhood teaching: the view of children, early childhood teachers, curriculum and instruction, learning environment, class size and the ratio of teacher and children, parent and teacher cooperation, administration supports; in order to offer suggestions with the analysis of concept development for hidden curriculum. 4.To present eight possible solutions, preschool teachers may deal with hidden curriculum and benefit for early childhood teaching are hoped. |
