中文摘要 | 本研究乃以原住民公共衛生護士及家庭計畫人員對原住民國小五、六年級學童進 行衛生教育,以瞭解性教育介入對國小高年級學童性知識及性態度改變之效果。採分層隨機 抽樣方式,將屏東地區原住民 33 所國小,以學校為單位,分為課室教學組,自行閱讀組及 對照組。在教學活動介入前,對三組學童先進行性知識及態度之前測。於前測後一天由原住 民公共衛生護士及家庭計畫人員對課室教學組學童配合教材進行課室教學,自行閱讀組學童 只發給教材供其自行閱讀,對照組則未給予任何介入。教學活動介入一週後再給予後測。研 究結果顯示,教學活動介入後課室教學組及自行閱讀組學童之性知識及性態度得分皆顯著高 於對照組,且課室教學組學童之性知識及性態度得分也顯著高於自行閱讀組。而大部份課室 教學組學童皆認為此性教學活動對其有幫助。顯示本教學活動可作為較缺乏學校護士之原住 民國小性教育方式的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of sex education for fifth and sixth grade students of elementary school in Ping-Tung Area. The 33 elementary schools in Ping-Tung Area have been assigned into classroom teaching (CT) group, self-reading (SR) group and control group by stratified random sampling. One day after a pre-test, the CT group students received two forty-minutes teachings by aboriginal public health nurses or family planning personnel. The SR group students were only given an education brochure to read. The control group students didn't receive any intervention. A week after the interveniton, we made a post-test given to all of them. The results indicate: After the intervention, the scores of sex knowledge and sex attitude in the CT group and SR group are significantly higher than those of the control group, and the scores of sex knowledge and sex attitude in the CT group are also significantly higher than those of SR group. Most of the students in the CT group and the SR group indicated that the sex education is helpful to them. This sex education method could be recommended to the aboriginal elementary schools where there is no school health nurses. |
