中文摘要 | 政府推動教師在職進修,投入經費辦理各項教師進修活動,期能提高教學績效,提昇教育品質。唯有對教師在職進修成效進行評鑑,方能了解教師在職進修之實際影響。本研究採問卷調查法,進行國小教師在職進修在教師(參與者)滿意度、對教師教學態度的影響、對教師教學績效的影響,以及對校務運作的影響等四個面向之評鑑,以了解國小教師在職進修辦理之成效。研究發現:教師在職進修整體成效尚稱良好;教師對在職進修在滿意度、教學態度、教學績效、校務運作等四個面向的影響之意見,會因學歷以及職務之不同而有所差異。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect on inservice teacher education for primary school teachers in Taipei city. The investigation was conducted by questionnaire survey. The questionnaire comprised of four parts (1)participants' satisfaction (2)impact on teachers' on teachers; attitudes (3)impact on teachers' performance (4)impact on practice in the school. The results showed that the overall effectiveness of inservice teacher education are still permissive. However there were significant differences between teachers of different educational backgrounds (teachers colleges vs. general universities) and with different job duties (administration vs. teaching). |
