中文摘要 | 本研究針對市售標示「抗菌」成效之洗碗精不同品牌及抹布及菜瓜布各十種。分別以1.大腸桿菌(Escherichia coli);2.綠膿桿菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa);3.表皮葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus epidermidis);4.金黃色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus areus)為試驗菌。洗碗精分別測定:一、對四種試驗菌之石炭酸系數,結顯示對E.coli效果最好;對P.aeruginosa及S. epidermidis尚可;對S.aureus之麥果最差。二、對四種試粓菌之最小抑制濃度,結果顯示對E.coli之最小抑濃度範圍由10-7至10-2 ml/ml;對Paeruginosa最小抑制濃度範圍由10-5至0.8 ml/ml;對S. epidermidis最小抑制濃度範圍由10-8至10-12 ml/ml;對S.aureus最小抑制濃度範圍由10-9至10-8 ml/ml。抹布及菜瓜布先分別以未水先(0次)、水洗5次及10次,再以:瓊脂平板法9Agar Plate Method)及搖瓶法(Shake Flask Method)針對四種試驗菌檢測其減菌率。結果顯示水次數越多,減菌率有下降之趨勢,只有樣品J1水洗十次,減菌效率下降不多(平均:90.23%),其減菌效果最好。 |
英文摘要 | Anti-bacteria effect of ten different brands of the commercial dishwashing liquid、cleaning cloth and scouring pad respectively were tested against four Escherichia coli、Pseudomonas aeruginosa、Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aurous in this study. A comparison of phenol coefficient of the dishwashing liquid reveal a result of the decrease in the order E.coli、P.aeruginosa、S.epidermidis、S.aureus. And MIC showed 10-7~10-2 ml/ml againt E.coli, 10-5~0.8 ml/ml againt P.aeruginosa, 10-8~10-2 ml/ml againt S.epidermidis and 10-9~0.8 ml/ml againt S.aureus. inhibition range of scouring pad and cleaning cloth respectively by Agar Plate Method rinsing with water 5 times, 10 times. The tencity were decrease with increase of washing times. With the exception of J1, Bactericidal activity of the scouring pad、cleaning cloth and dishwashing liquid by shake flask method reveal decrease with increase of washing times. And J1 had most bactericidal activity (mean=90.23%). |
