英文摘要 | The temporal evolution of ink drop ejection process is a crucial factor for determining the printing quality of the ink jet printhead In this study, an optical system is set up to visualize the drop ejection process of HP51626A printhead that is a side-shooter-type thermal bubble ink jet printhead. The shape evolution process of ejected ink, captured by the charge-coupled device (CCD)camera and stored in a computer. Effects of the voltage and pulse width of the electrical heating pulse on the ejected ink length and the break-off time of the main drop from the ejected ink are also presented. |
