中文摘要 | 本研究探討商業化丙二烯氫化製程中稀釋迴流對於氫化反應之影響,包括丙二烯 之轉化率、產物選擇性及反應溫度等。本研究模擬商業化輕裂工場之運轉條件,以連續式固 定媒床絕熱反應器進行氫化反應測試,由反應測試之數據顯示,丙二烯氫化氣相反應之稀釋 迴流停止時,丙二烯轉化率維持不變,而丙烯選擇性提高,此結果及進料氣體空間流速下降 將使反應溫度降低,抑制MA/PD進料濃度提高造成之溫度上升效應;丙二烯氫化液相反應之 稀釋迴流減量或停止時,丙烯產率提高及進料液體空間流速下降引導反應溫度降低之效果, 勝於MA/PD進料濃度提高造成之溫度上升效應。而經檢測分析後,確認稀釋迴流內含有微量 綠油,易使觸媒活性降低,不利於觸媒之操作週期。總而言之,新觸媒之研究發展改善已取 代原製程稀釋迴流之功能。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the influence of recycling diluent on the performance of Pd/γ-Al�烙�軏atalyst in selective hydrogenation of propadiene (PD). In this article, the experiments were conducted in the continuous adiabatic fixed-bed reactor, which tested conditions were same as those of commercial plants. It was found higher yield of propylene was obtained as fresh feed free from recycling diluent no mather reactions occurred in liquid phase or gas phasse. Owing to the above result and lower space velocity in feed as recycling diluent stopped, the reaction temperature decreased. That prevented the reaction temperature increase effect caused by higher MA/PD feed concentration. The recycling diluent was analyzed to contain a little amount of green oil, which is believed to cause decay of catalysts. In fact, the function of recycling diluent has been replaced by the developed commercial new catalyst. |
