中文摘要 | 自1997年1月至12月從臺灣省各地區養豬場採集母豬血液檢體5020頭,進行豬假 性狂犬病之血清中和抗體調查,結果中和抗體(≧2倍)陽性率為85.8%,其中以東部地區 最高(89.7%),其他依序為北部地區(88.2%)、南部地區(86.9%),中部地區最低為80.9%; 抗體力價之幾何平均值以東部地區最高(17.2),其他依次為南部地區(13.1)、北部地區 (11.5)、中部地區(10.0)。顯示臺灣省母豬假性狂犬病之中和抗體陽性率甚高,但其幾何 平均值不高,且無月份和季節性的差異,故臺灣省母豬必須於產前加強本病之免疫,以期 對本病有效的控制。 |
英文摘要 | From January to December 1997, 5,020 serum specimens were collected from sows raised in the Northern, Middle, Southem.and Eastern Taiwan for the epidemiol-ogical study of pseudorabies (PR) by using serum neutralization test (SN). The results revealed that seropositive rates for PR (≧2 times SN liters) in the sows raised in the Northern, Middle, Southern.and Eastern parts of Taiwan were 88.2%, 80.9%, 86.9%, and 89.7%, respectively. Seropositive rates for PR were found the highest rate(89.7%)in the sera collected from sows raised in the Eastern part of Taiwan and found the lowest rate (80.9%) in the sera collected from sows raised in the Middle Taiwan indicating that seropositive rate for PR was high in sows raised in different parts of Taiwan. Seropositive rate of PR in sows does not correlate with seasons or months. The average seropositive rate for PR in sows was 85.8%. However, geometric analysis of SN liters for PR in sows raised in the Northern, Middle, Southern,and Eastern parts of Taiwan was 11.5, 10, 13.1,and l7.2 , respectively. The results from this study could provide the seroprevalence of PR in sows and also provide important data for eradication of PR in Taiwan. |
