中文摘要 | 本實驗的目的在探討分離五種水生細菌對硫化氯黴素之藥物感受性。於1996年7月至1997年6月間,自臺灣各地採取之蛙類和魚類病材,共分離出104株水生致病菌,包括鏈球菌(27株)、親水性產氣單胞菌(37株)、愛德華氏菌(株12)、產黃桿菌(20株)及弧菌(8株)。以平板稀釋法檢測五種水生細菌對硫化氯黴素之藥物感受性,結果50%最小抑制濃度(MI□)以鏈球菌值最高(57.0μg/mL),其次依序為產黃桿菌(53.6μg/mL)、愛德華氏菌(14.6μg/mL)、弧菌(10.2μg/mL)及親水性產氣單胞菌(6.6μg/mL)。而90%最小抑制濃度(MI□)亦以鏈球菌值最高(191.0μg/mL),其次依序為產黃桿菌(174.3μg/mL)、親水性產氣單胞菌(51.6μg/mL)、愛德華氏菌(49.4μg/mL)及弧菌(36.4μg/mL)。以統計分析顯示五種水生細菌對硫化氯黴素之藥物敏感性有顯著差異(p<0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the thiamphenicol (TAP) – sensitivity of bacteria isolated from aquatic animals in Taiwan. Cumulatively, 104 isolates, including 27 isolates of Streptococcus sp., 37 isolates of Aeromonas hydrophila, 12 isolates of Edsardsiella tarda, 20 isolates of Flavobacterium ranacida, and 8 isolates of Listonella (Vibrio) anguillarum, were collected from frog and fish in various areas of Taiwan between July 1996 and June 1997. The order of the sensitivity of tested isolates to TAP by agar plate dilution test is Streptococcus sp. (57.0μg/mL), Flavobacterium ranacida (53.6μg/mL), Edwardsiella tarda (14.7μg/mL), Listonella anguillarum (10.2μg/mL), and Aeromonas hydrophila (6.6μg/mL). The MI□ of TAP to Streptococcus sp., Flavobacterium ranacida, Aeromonas hydrophila, Edwardisella tarda, and Listonella anguillarum were 190.5μg/mL, 174.1μg/mL, 51.4μg/mL, 49.3μg/mL and 36.4μg/mL, respectively. The results of statistical analysis revealed that the five aquatic bacteria significantly differed (p<0.05) in terms of sensitivity tests TAP. |
