中文摘要 | 由於螺旋式電腦斷層檢查儀( spiral CT )的發明,加上影像處理的軟體不斷的 發展,可以快速的提供三度立體空間( three-dimensional,以下簡稱 3D )的重組影像。 本研究主要是收集有關頭頸部及脊椎不正常之骨骼病變的病患共 50 例、 其中顏面骨折 30 例、顏面骨瘤 2 例、脊椎骨折 10 例、嬰兒顱縫早期癒合症之病患 8 例。加以電腦斷層檢 查,對疾病範圍以螺旋方式,連續不間斷切面掃瞄,再把資料透過網路傳送到 Voxel Q work station,利用影像處理軟體,將電腦斷層檢查所得之資料重組成為 3D 影像,結果在 頭部,可以透過各角度及各切層之重組,加上皮膚的影像重組對於整形外科及神經外科的手 術計劃幫助很大。對於脊椎的壓迫性骨折,於做好 3D 影像後,再由中間剝開,可以直接看 到脊椎腔,可觀察壓迫性骨折所引起脊椎腔狹窄的程度,對於骨科醫師手術校正很有助益。 |
英文摘要 | With the development of Spiral CT, and advances in imaging techniques, precise 3D images can now be rapidly reconstructed. This study evaluated the effectiveness of 3D reconstruction as a tool in the diagnosis of bony abnormalities of head and spine and in surgical planning. The study group comprised with various bony abnormalities of the head and spine. Picker PQ2000 spiral CT scanner was used for collecting image and Voxel Q workstation for image reconstruction. In cases of cranial abnormalities, bone and skin reconstruction were performed. In cases of spinal abnormalities, bone image reconstruction was performed and a sagittal cut was used for reformatted 3D images to observe the spinal canal. |
