中文摘要 | 國內前三大路線貨運公司計畫改變貨物運輸網路之結構以提高作業效率,未來內 部營運網路計畫朝向軸輻式網路的型態。本研究構建一整合性之貨物運輸網路設計模式,在 考慮站所區位與規模之決策因素下,同時考慮路線貨運業內部營運網路與服務網路以設計最 佳的貨物運輸網路結構。本研究同時研發以局部改善啟發式為基本架構之演算法。本研究並 以國內營運規模前三大之 C 路線貨運公司為實證研究對象, 應用所研擬的貨物運輸網路設 計模式及局部改善啟發式演算法,實際計算出成本最低之軸輻式內部營運網路與服務網路。 實例結果顯示,本研究所構建之貨物運輸網路設計模式與求解演算法除可協助業者決定營業 所與中繼站設置區位與規模大小來重新構建其貨物運輸網路,同時規劃貨物運送路線以及單 一種均衡車輛調派之營運作業計畫。 |
英文摘要 | The top three time-definite freight delivery common carriers are undergoing a reconstruction of their delivery networks to improve their operational efficiency. The Hub-and-spoke is the basic structure of their underlined line-haul network configuration. In this research, we propose a mathematical model to simultaneously design line-haul and service networks to minimize the total operating and service costs while meeting service commitment and operational constraints. We also develop a Lagrangian relaxation-based local improvement heuristic algorithm to solve such an NP-hard integer programming problem. We use one of the top three carriers for our numerical testing. The computational results are very encouraging which demonstrates that the model can be used as an analytical tool for carriers to design their delivery networks. |
