中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是探究國小學生對於動物生殖的想法。這些概念知識主要包括五方面:(一)生殖的定義(二)生殖對生物的重要性(三)動物生殖的特徵(四)動物生殖方式的區分以及(五)環境因素對動物生殖的影響。研究方法是利用半結構式試卷,受試者共201名(其中四年級生100名,六年級生101名),並在各年級選取36名學生(男女各半)進行晤談。研究結果顯示,學生忽視「生殖」是生物特徵之一,大部份學生是將「生殖」列在生物特徵排序中較後面,且認為生殖與交配是具相等的意義,對卵胎生的概念較模糊,以及對科技會影響生殖的信心較強等。本研究在結論部份提出這類型的研究過程,受試者會呈現主題抗拒的現象。這些可供科教研究者在課程、教學及研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate students' understanding of animal reproduction. The concept knowledge examined included the meaning of reproduction, the importance of reproduction, the characteristics of animal reproduction, the patterns of animal reproduction and the influence of external factors on animal reproduction. Based on the validated prepositional knowledge statements and concept map, researchers developed a validated semi-structured questionnaire and questions for interview. The questionnaire was administered to 201 students (101 sixth-grade students, and 100 fourth-grade students). Among them, 72 students were interviewed by the validated questions. Data were collected from interviews and semi-structured questionnaire with free response answers. The answer of each question was analyzed to determine students' understanding of animal reproduction. The results showed that most students ranked "reproduction" as the last one on "the characteristics of living creatures", showed the meaning of "reproduction" was equal to "crossing", and were confident of technology on reproduction. Meanwhile, the results also indicated that topical resistance happening in this study. This study provided reference for improving curricular design and further research. |
