中文摘要 | 本文主要以放電加工法對銅板進行微細孔加工。使用碳化鎢為電極,以精密研磨機將電極研磨至50微米直徑。在傳統放電加工機進行系列實驗,以評估極性變化與電極旋轉的效應。實驗結果顯示,正極性加工時,電極損耗及擴孔較小;負極性加工時電極損耗及加工速度均較大。以本文提出之旋轉電極方法選擇正極時生加工方式可得到高品質的微細孔加工結果。 |
英文摘要 | This paper describes a micro-hole machining on copper plate using EDM process. Tungsten carbide was selected as the material of he electrode. Precision grinding machine was employed to grind the electrode down to desired diameter in two steps. Series of experiments were conducted using conventional EDM machine to investigate the effects of polarity setting and rotating speed of electrode on the performance of the machining process. The results have shown that electrode wear and hole expanding are both smaller when positive polarity machining is selected, while electrode wear and machining speed are both higher when negative polarity machining is selected. High quality micro-holes machining on copper can be achieved by the proposed method. |
