中文摘要 | 台灣地區上游集水區開發過度,水庫集水區沖刷與崩塌問題嚴重,暴雨每每挾帶大量泥沙流入水庫形成異重流,並持續挾帶泥砂抵達壩址形成渾水潭,影響民生用水的取水。本研究提出以具有擬水庫H-A水平斷面關係之斷面非均勻沉降槽進行黏性泥砂(石門淤泥)的靜水與動水沉降試驗。靜水沉降方面,渾水潭的初始濃度與清渾水交界面沉降特徵速度具有一接近反比的冪次關係,即初始濃度愈大,沉降速度愈小。在有進出流條件的動水沉降方面,因沉降槽具有H-A關係(上寬下窄),故當清渾水交界面高程愈低時,低孔出流對清渾水交界面下降速度的影響愈大。由具有擬石門水庫H-A關係與低高程孔口排水量可知,若低高程孔口全開,低孔排流對清渾水交界面下降速度所造成的影響遠大於泥砂本身的靜水沉降速度。 |
英文摘要 | Large amount of sediments are usually scoured from watershed into reservoir by concentrated rainfall during typhoon events. This is even worse because of the overdevelopment on watershed in Taiwan, recently. Flow with high concentration sediment would form turbidity currents and transported suspended sediment to the dam site to form muddy pond. It was difficult to treat by the treatment plant because of the high concentration. Settling flumes with different H-A relation were used to investigate stagnant and flowing settling behavior of cohesive sediment (Shi-Man mud) in muddy pond. For stagnant settling experiments, there was an inverse proportion and a power relation between the stagnant settling velocity of muddy-pond interface and initial concentration of muddy pond. When the initial concentration of muddy pond increased, the stagnant settling velocity of muddy-pond interface would decease. For flowing settling experiments, the influence on settling velocity caused by outflow would be more obvious when the elevation of interface was lower because of the area of the interface would become smaller with lower elevation. According to the H-A relation of Shi-Man reservoir and total outflow discharge of lower outlets, the influence on the settling velocity of muddy-pond interface caused by outflow was more than that caused by the stagnant settling velocity of Shi-Man mud. |
