中文摘要 | 生產規劃在不同的人、物、時空等內外環境影響下,可視狀況作權變 制宜,故具有不定性的特質。在電腦整合生產管理環境下,由於其環環相扣,以 致牽連甚廣,任何錯誤的產生,所須付出的代價將難以估計。本論文針對生產管 理系統的模糊性與不確定性,企圖改變以往絕對性的規劃方法,提出一個以模糊 理論與模糊線性規劃模型為基礎的二階段生產管理系統模式,期由於規劃模型具 有模糊性,較能適應周遭環境的變動,減低電腦整合生產管理系統因模糊性與不 確定性而須承受的損失。文中並列舉一個案,藉以闡揚本論文所提出之模式。 |
英文摘要 | The production planning system contains many imprecise natures. This imprecise nature may easily cause a serious disaster in the computer integrated production management system. This is because the outputs from one sub-system are usually the inputs of other sub-systems. A small error in a sub-system may induce the breakdown of the whole system. Therefore, many corporations adopting the computer integrated production management system result poor performance. Instead using the traditional crisp model, the main purpose of this paper is to propose a two-stage fuzzy planning model for the computer integrated production management system, based on the fuzzy theory and fuzzy linear programming. It is expected that the proposed model can absorb the imprecise nature of the production system. Hence, the performance of the computer integrated production management system can be improved significantly. A case study is used in this paper to demonstrate the proposed method. |
