中文摘要 | 高性能混凝土(HPC) 在臺灣經由「產官學」的合作開發研究,已成功的應用於高 雄 85 層超高大樓, 達到「設計強度 f'c ≧ 56MPa, 工作坍度 250 ± 20 mm, 坍流度 600mm,即具有強度高且工作度性,能不經搗實而充分灌注於鋼柱之混凝土」。 本研究闡述 符合「安全性、耐久性、工作性、經濟性及生態性」等優生混凝土理念及應用材料邏輯,如 何藉由本土化的固態廢料如飛灰、爐石等卜作嵐材料資源化的再生利用與強塑劑之互制平衡 ,而成功的產製出高流動化及品質穩定的高性能混凝土。 |
英文摘要 | The high performance concrete (HPC) has been successfully used to the Kaohsiung 85-story high- rise building through the cooperation among the industry, government and academia. Such concrete can reach the designed strength of f'c 56MPa, the slump of 230-270 mm and the flowability of 600 mm. In other words, it is a kind of concrete with high strength and good workability which can be pumped up to the steel columns completely without compacting, This research is to interpret the idea of the eugenic concrete with the demand of safety, durability, workability, economy and ecoloty. How to recycle the pozzolanic materials and how to comply with superplasticizer for the success of the concrete with high flowability and stable quality is also mainly explained. |
