中文摘要 | 以埃及三葉草大埔種(單割型)及卡美種(多割型)4:6之種子量於彰化縣秀水鄉撒播種植(前作為水稻田),於生長85天進行產量調查及品質分析。結果鮮草產量50公噸╱公頃╱割次,乾物率12.5%,粗蛋白質含量16.5%,水溶性碳水化合物3.9%。於田間將其萎凋至水分含量64及75%,然後分別作成膠膜圓形捆包,貯存兩個月後測其乳酸、乙酸及丁酸含量。結果以75%水分含量作成的半乾青貯料其乳酸含量0.71%,丁酸含量0.005%,Flieg氏評分點75,屬於好的品質;而64%水分含量的半乾青貯料Flieg氏評分點70,雖略差,仍屬於好的等級。置於青貯槽之材料,未切短者(25-45cm)pH值7.5以上;而切短者(4-8cm)pH值3.9-4.2間。未切短者其氨態氮及氨態氮佔總氮的百分率明顯地高於切短者。添加玉米粉的結果,未切短者氨態氮增加,Flieg氏評分點21,屬於不好等級;但切短者氨態氮降低,Fling氏評分點61,屬於好的等級。由上顯示埃及三葉草萎凋至水分含量64-75%者可作成良質的半乾青貯料,若用三面牆之青貯槽進行青貯調製,則須初短為4-8cm才易成功,尤其切短並添加玉米粉,可使青貯料品質提升至好的等級。 |
英文摘要 | Berseem clover (Trifolium alexandrinum L.), cv. Tabor (single-cut type) and Carmel (multi-cut type) mixed seeds together in a ratio of 4:6, was winter broad-basted in the field at Changhua. The forage yield and silage making were evaluated 85 days after planting. The fresh forage yield, dry matter content, crude protein and water-soluble carbohydrate were 50 mt/ha, 12.5%, 16.5%, and 3.9%, respectively. The fresh forages being wilted in the field allowing the moisture down to 64 and 75% respectively, were baled round and were wrapped with white film for haylage making. Two months after ensiling, the contents of NH4+-N, total N and volatile fatty acids in the haylage were determined. The haylage with 75% moisture had lactic acid 0.71% and butyric acid 0.005% with Flieg's score 75. The haylage with 64% moisture had Flieg's score 70. These two kinds of haylages both ranked good in quality. Berseem clover was also harvested and ensiled in the bunker silo with different treatments, i.e., 1. cutting short in length of 4-8cm, 2. non-cut (average length 24-45cm), with or without 20% corn meal added. The pH values in the silage with cutting short were below 4.21 and those non-cuts were above 7.54. The content of NH4+-N was decreased in the cutting short adding corn meal. The Flieg's score was 61, ranked good in quality. However, that of non-cut and corn meal added was increased. The Flieg's score was 21, ranked as poor quality. Based on the results obtained, it is suggested that fresh berseem clover being wilted to 64-75% of moisture content could make good quality haylage. Further, the fresh forage cut short in 4-8CM and added 20% corn meal and ensiled in the bunker silo could produce good quality silage, too. |
