中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討以科普推廣模式結合「服務-學習」課程之學習成效,並根據服務中與服務後兩階段式反思之內容為依據,分析學生參與態度及對能力提升之評估,同時探討其與服務學習成效間之關連。學習成績與學生對課程的滿意度間呈現正相關,性別及專業分組在學習滿意度及學期成績無顯著差異。參與服務學生均認同學習過程能提升「協調溝通」、「規劃執行」、「專業知能」、「服務能力」及「就業能力」,然而對「專業知能」提升的同意度明顯低於其他四項能力。以兩階段反思內容探討服務學習學生在「公義認知」、「服務意向」、「自我觀感」、「人際互動」及「多元接納」五個面向的參與態度,第二階段所呈現之參與態度積分明顯高於服務中之評量,服務過程對服務者之參與態度具有提升的影響,其中以「人際互動」及「自我觀感」的提升達顯著水準。性別在「自我觀感」向度中有顯著差異,女生的「自我觀感」積分較男生為低,對反省改進、完成任務與處理問題的自我認知上有所遲疑。參與態度在前10%的學生在協調溝通、規劃執行、專業知能、服務能力及就業能力提升的評估上皆達顯著差異五項能力的提升上均有較高的評估。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the learning effectiveness of a Service-Learning course integrated with promotion activities of popular science. Base on the results from a two stage reflection process, we analyzed the participation attitude and the evaluation of ability improvement of students in the course and discussed effects on the learning effectiveness. The final grade evaluated by teachers of the course and the degree of satisfaction for students toward the course are positively associated. There is no distinct difference among students under gender and field division factors. Through the service-learning process, students approve the improvements in abilities including communication competence, planning and implementation, professional skill, serving skill, and career development. It is worth noting that the degree of approval for the improvements in professional skill is significantly lower than the other four skills. The participation attitude, composed of four indexes: perspective toward justice, intention to serve, self-recognition, interpersonal relationship and acceptance of diversity, were extracted from a evaluation table in a two-stage reflection process. The service-learning process heaved the attitude in a significant way, especially in self-recognition and interpersonal relationship. The female students showed lower level in self-recognition. The students with higher level in participation attitude showed stronger approval on the improvements of the five ability indexes. |
