中文摘要 | 本研究乃在探討鈣矾石 (ettringite) 形成時之化學反應、特性、膨脹機理及其在一般卜特蘭水泥中所扮演之角色,最後並透過掃瞄式電子顯微鏡以觀察鈣碸石在水泥漿體中三次膨脹破裂,以及大量硫酸塩離子存在於水泥漿體中之遲滯性膨脹情形加以印證。試驗結果顯示出在一般水泥細度中添加適當石膏量 (約4-69%) 前形成之鈣矾石使鋁酸鈣水化受到延緩,因此凝結時間正常;但若添加太多石膏量將因石膏結晶導致急凝現象,而且鈣矾石會在漿體硬固後繼續膨脹,造成控體膨脹龜裂;而硫酸單侵蝕水泥漿體亦將導致單硫型鋁酸鈣水化物轉變為體積較大之鈣矾石而膨脹龜裂。 |
英文摘要 | This research focuses on studying the chemical reaction, character and expansion mechanism of Ettringite (C3A-3CS-32H) formed in ordinary portland cement during hydration. Test results indicate that ordinary fineness cement added with proper amount of gypsum (about 4 to 6% weight of cement) will form suitable puantiy of Ettringite which will coat tricalcium aluminate and retard its hydration, and therefore normally regulate the setting time of cement. However, adding too much gypsum will cause rapid setting due to gypsum recrystallization, and cause cracks due to delayed expansion of Ettringite after cement paste hardened. Once sulfate attacked, Monosulfate in cement paste will be transformed into less dense Ettringite, therefore cause matrix cracks of hardened cement paste. |
