中文摘要 | 本文旨在討論NC工具機操作時每一種狀態下,如靜止怠速、主軸空轉、換刀動作、 工作路徑模擬和冷卻系統的開啟,求得該NC工具機之聲音能量位準。首先依據ISO/DlS 3746.2,定義出該NC工具機之測量表面,接著建立A-加權均能音量音壓位準量測步驟,然 後模擬操作時之狀況,定義出該NC工具機之操作型態,最後藉由量測測量表面上各測量點之 A-加權均能音量音壓位準,可以求得該NC工具機之聲音能量位準。本文所建立NC工具機之 A-加權均能音量音壓位準量測程序到聲音能量位準之求得,可對各量點間A-加權均能音量音 壓位準和聲音能量位準分別分析比較,亦可用於工廠噪音評估,及機器噪音值評估。本文方 法亦可用於其它機器噪音之量測與宣告。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is to determine sound power level for different operation conditions of Numerically Controlled machine tools, including NC lathe and NC machine center. In accordance with ISO/DIS 3746.2 the measurement surface is first defined. The measurement procedures for determining the A-weighted time-averaged sound pressure level is then presented. Several operating conditions, such as idling, spinning, tool change, path simulation and cooling system cycles, are also defined. The sound pressure level measurement are made at each measuring point on a rectangular surface. The sound power level can then be calculated and used for the evaluation of factory noise. Finally, the NC machine tools noise level can be declared. The developed evaluation method in this work can be applied to other machineries for noise measurement and declaration. |
