Germany )系統測量受測者膝關節活 動之三度空間座標值,並測量受測者之 Q 角度。 受測對象為 12 名無膝關節傷害或病史之 男性大學生, 比較開放式動力鏈與閉鎖式動力鏈兩種不同的運動模式中, 膝關節做屈曲( flexion )及伸展( extension )動作時,各軸向的角度關係。 經由實驗結果發現;(一 )開放式動力鏈圖形之曲線軌跡較無固定的模式可循。(二)閉鎖式動力鏈圖形之曲線軌跡 有固定的模式可循。(三)開放式動力鏈與閉鎖式動力鏈的比較:將 12 名受試者左、右共 24 個受測腳之開放式動力鏈及閉鎖式動力鏈之最大外展角度、 相對彎曲角度及 P2 至 K1 距離的最大值,經 t 考驗的分析結果,僅最大外展角度達顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | This study was designed to determine the 3-dimensional ROM for human knee joint in both open-chain and close-chain lower extremity movements. Twelve male college students without knee injury history were selected as the subjects. Zebris system was used to measure the X, Y and Z coordinates of the major landmarks related the knee joint. The 3-D coordinates of each marker were recorded in a 30 Hz sampling rate, and then converted the 3-D coordinates to both flexion-extension and ad-abduction angles of knee joint using a BASIC program. The same subjects were asked to measure the Q-angle. The results can be summarized as followed: The relationship between flexion-extension angle and ad-abduction angle for open -chain motion is not very stable. The behavior is probably due to the fact that the bone interface in the joint is not solid contact during open-chain motion. The relationship between flexion-extension angle and ad-abduction angle for close-chain motion is very smooth and stable which can be used as the index for designing the knee brace. The comparison between injured leg and normal leg for 10 subjects with knee injury history shows all parameters have no significant difference. The comparison between left leg and right leg for 12 subjects without knee injury history shows only the maximum ad-abduction angle has significant difference, all the other parameters have no significant difference. |
