中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討現實治療取向班級輔導活動對國小兒童生活適應及生活態度的輔導效果。採準實驗研究法,以屏東縣豐田國小兩班五年級兒童為研究對象,其中一班為實驗組,另一班為控制組,實驗組接受十次的現實治療取向班級輔導活動,每次活動時間為八十分鐘,控制組則無接受任何實驗處理。研究工具則以「國小學童生活適應量表」和「國小兒童生活態度量表」進行前、後測及追蹤測量,測量所得資料以獨立樣本二因子共變數分析加以處理。此外,研究者自編六項調查表以收集成員回饋資料。研究結果發現: 一、現實治療琳向璀妓輔導活動對國小兒童生活適應輔專效果方面: 1.現實治療取向班級輔導活動對受試者在「國小學童生活適應量表」之立即實驗效果,不因性別而有差異。 2.現實治療取向班級輔導活動對國小兒童在「國小學童生活適應量表」之社會適應及功課與遊戲調適上,具有顯著的立即實驗效果。 3.現實治療取向班級輔導活動對受試者在「國小學童生活適應量表」之親和力、社交技巧、社會適應及功課與遊戲調適上具有顯著的持續性輔導效果。 4.性別與實驗處理之間持續性的交互作用對受試者在「國小學童生活適應量表」之生活的目標該分量表上的分數,其影響有達到統計上的顯著意義。 二、現實治療取向班級輔導活動對國小兒童生活態度的轉導效果方面: 1.現實治療取向班級輔導活動對受試者在「國小兒童生活態度量表」之立即實驗效果,不因性別之不同而有差異。 2.現實治療取向班級輔導活動對受試者在「國小兒童生活態度量表」之負責行為、正確行為及合於現實行為上,具有顯著的立即實驗效果。 3.現實治療取向的班級輔導活動對受試者在「國小兒童生活態度量表」上的持 續性輔導效果,不因性別之不同而有差異。 4.現實治療取向的班級輔導活動對受試者在「國小兒童生活態度量表」上的負責行為、正確行為具有顯著的持續性輔導效果。 此外,根據成員在回饋資料上的分析,發現現實治療取向班級輔導活動對實驗組成員有正向影響。實驗組成員對活動滿意度高,並認為活動對其課業經驗、自我成長、同儕關係、及家庭關係方面有正向之改變,促使其表現出負責、正確、及合於現實之行為。 研究者根據研究結果進行討論,並對學校輔導及未來研究提出若干建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of a reality therapy approach classroom guidance program for elementary school students on their life adjustment and life attitude. Two classes of students were selected from Fung-Tien Elementary School to participate in this study. One class with 29 students (18 boys and 11 girls)was assigned to treatment group and the other class with 26 students (16 boys and 10 girls) was assigned to control group. The treatment group participated in a ten-week (80 minutes per week) structured classroom counseling program while the contro1 group did not receive any treatment. The quasi-experimental design was used in this study. Instruments used for this study included the Life Adjustment Inventory for Elementary School Students and the Life Attitude Inventory for Elementary School Students. Data obtained was analyzed by ANCOVA and the results indicated that : (1)the treatment main effect was significant statistically in influencing the students scores on social adjustment, and study-play adjustment of life adjustment although the interaction effect between treatment and gender were not significant ; (2)the treatment main effect was significant statistically in influencing the students' scores on affiliation, social skills, social adjustment, and study-play adjustment of life adjustment on a five-week follow-up investigation and the interaction effects between treatment and gender were significant statistically in influencing the students' scores on goals for living of life adjustment ; (3)the treatment main effect was significant in influencing the students' scores on responsibility behaviors, right behaviors, and reality behaviors of life attitude while the interaction effect between treatment and gender were not significant (4) the treatment main effect was significant statistically in influencing the students1 scores on responsibility behaviors, and right behaviors of life attitude on a five-week follow-up investigation although the interaction effect between treatment and gender were not significant. A qualitative analysis for the counseling process and the students feedback were reported. Most of the participants indicated that they learned lot from the program in terms of academic experiences , personal growth, peer relations and family relations. According to the results, some important implications were discussed and suggestions for further studies were also provided. |
