英文摘要 | Under the emergency condition, time is very limited to each patient who is going to be saved urgently. Therefore, by constructing an efficient ambulance dispatching system, we can rescue a lot of people's lives in an accident. This thesis proposes a method based on the Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) and wireless data transmission system to dispatch vehicles more efficiently than the traditional and manual operation. Through the wireless data transmission system, we are able to know the location of the ambulance in a real-time way. 119 control center can dispatch the nearest ambulance in a very short time (by seconds) and monitor the rescuing procedure in the electronic map screen. The patient's physiological parameters can also be received in the 119 control center so that emergence aid can well be prepared in advance. |
