中文摘要 | 本實驗為添加不同的含銅量(1.0、1.5、2.5、3.8wt%Cu)於2205雙相不銹鋼(duplex stainless steel, DSS),探應其機械性質及抗菌性的影響。由實驗結果得知,於時效度400℃及800℃時,含銅雙相不銹鋼隨著時效時間的增加,整體而言硬度有上升的趨勢;而於時效溫度600℃,其時效時間0.5小時出現最大的硬度值,並隨著時效時間的增加,硬度值逐漸趨於平緩。隨著銅含量的增加,肥粒鐵相有減少的現象。對於金黃色葡萄球菌(Staphyloccus Aureus)而言,時效溫度600℃的含銅雙相不銹鋼具有良好的抗菌效果。 |
英文摘要 | In this experiment, the effects of adding different copper content (1.0, 1.5, 2.5, 3.8 wt%). On the mechanical properties and antimicrobial activity of 2205 duplex stainless steel were studied. The experiment shows that the harness of duplex stainless steels containing copper increases generally with the increase of aging time at aging temperature 400℃ and 800℃; at aging temperature 600℃, the hardness appears maximum at aging time 0.5 hour, and then the hardness approaches stable with the increase of aging time. The ferrite phase content reduces by raising the copper content. For Staphylococcus Aureus, the duplex stainless steels containing copper after aging at temperature 600℃ have a good antimicrobial effect. |
