中文摘要 | 本研究透過紮根理論的編碼方式分析一位資深幼教老師的生涯歷程,首先對研究參與者進行深度訪談,訪談後將內容逐一寫成逐字稿並做開放性編碼,以確立屬性和面向,再透過主軸編碼及選擇性編碼,找出適合參與研究者生命歷程的理論,結合其獨特的實務經驗加以分析,最後透過正向心理學之樂觀、生命意義、正向情緒的理論詮釋參與研究者的生命故事,並分析其教育理念,作為其他教育工作者及師資培育機構學習與反省的依據。 |
英文摘要 | This research investigated the development process of a senior kindergarten teacher. The data analysis was based on grounded theory. The researcher interviewed the teacher and made a transcript which was processed by open coding to identify the relevant properties and dimensions. Then the results were analyzed by axial coding and optional coding. The study results were divided into four aspects: optimism, life meaning, positive emotion, and educational beliefs. The results of this research can serve as a reference for kindergarten teachers and teacher-training organizations. |
