中文摘要 | 快速模具技術的發展可分為暫用模具及量產模具。本文以金屬樹脂暫用模具的製程研究, 結合了快速原型技術及運用矽膠、金屬樹脂的翻製,有效的縮短設計階段產品樣品製作的時程,得以快速地完成小批量的樣品,以供市場調查、產品驗証與試產,使未來生產的產品得到市場的保障;最後以粉末冶金之技術進行量產模具製作之可行性研究,以進行產品化的大量生產之準備。 |
英文摘要 | The development of the rapid tooling (RT) technology could be divided into temporal mold and production mold. In this paper, Epoxy-Aluminum Compound Mold has been implemented as the temporal mold to reduce the time cost in product design period. By using silicon rubber and epoxy-aluminum compound, a rapid temporal mold has been made by using casting technology. A small batch of sample could be produced for the purpose of market research, product test, and manufacturing evaluation. This process will guarantee the success of a new design product. Moreover, for the production mold, the mold life is what it is considered. The possibility study using powder metallurgy and investment casting technologies in mould building has been discussed in this paper. |
