中文摘要 | 於網室內以連續增補方式,釋放錨紋瓢虫(Lemnia biplagiata (Swartz))對危害鮮食萵苣(Lactuca sativa L.)之蚜虫進行生物防治,與噴施5%印楝素乳劑之化學防治比較。試驗期間發生之蚜虫種類僅發現白尾紅蚜(Uroleucon formosanum (Takahashi))。蚜虫密度在對照區由平均每株0.6隻經2週後可達32.8隻,生物防治區及化學防治區之蚜蟲數分別為11.8及9.4隻不似對照區之驟增,可見此二種防治法皆能有效抑制白尾紅蚜族群增殖。收穫量以生物防治區之每株417.6g顯著最重,化學防治區379.6g次之,對照區312.6g顯著最輕。試驗結果顯示放任蚜虫為害不予防治確會造成經濟損失,且生物防治效果優於化學防治法。 |
英文摘要 | Experiment was conducted to biologically control the aphids on romaine lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) by continuously supplementary releasing coccinellid (Lemnia biplagiata (Swartz)) larvae in screen house. Only Uroleucon formosanum (Takahashi) was found throughout the experiment. Densities of the aphids increased from 0.6 to 32.8 per plant within 2 weeks after planting in the check. The aphid number in the biological control plot and the chemical control plot also increased but were not as rapidly as that in the check. Results of this experiment showed that both control treatments could effectively suppress U. formosanum population. Lettuce yield was found the average weight of 417.6 g per plant from the biological control, 379.6 g from chemical control, and the lowest 312.6 g from the check. It was revealed that aphids could cause significant economic loss if they were not properly controlled, and biological control appeared to be more effective in regulating aphid population than chemical control in screen house. |
