中文摘要 | 由於山坡地開發受地形限制,經常需整地而進行大挖大填之土方工程,而造成於施工時發 生嚴重水土流失災害。本研究主要針對水土保持施工期程為三個月內之基地,依據前人研究之 十個氣候分區,由相關氣象文獻,歸納出十個分區之雨季及非雨季,且將前人研究十個分區之 月平均降雨沖蝕指數結果,統計出降雨沖蝕指數月分配百分比,由上述兩種方法經統計重疊相 同月份後,整理出較佳之施工期及應避免之施工期。結果顯示(1).應避免施工期主要集中於6~9 月,此段期間為台灣梅雨及颱風季節,其為降雨沖蝕指數的月分配百分比最大之區間(2).10~2 主要月為中、南部地區之非雨季,月分配百分比最小之區間,故為較佳施工期(3).東、北部地 區12~3 月為降雨量最少之時期(基隆地區例外),月分配百分比最小之區間,此為較佳施工期(4). 基隆受東北季風之影響,造成全年有雨,故12~3 月非降雨量最少之時期,但颱風所帶來豪雨 之降雨強度較大,亦為降雨沖蝕指數的月分配百分比最大之區間,故應避免施工期為8~10 月。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the topographical limitation, excavation and soil preparation are necessary during the construction period. These practices usually cause serious soil erosion. The area of three months construction period and ten climate partition set based on literature review were selected as the research regions. According related meteorological literature, rainy and non-rainy seasons werepartitioned within ten climate set. The monthly rainfall erosion index distributions for ten regions were also constructed. Statistic method was applied to overlapped Rainy and non-rainy season with monthly rainfall erosion index to find out the best construction period and avoiding construction period. The results indicated that (1) June to September is not suitable for construction for all regions. This period is plum rain and typhoon season. There has highest rainfall erosion index distribution. (2) October to February is non-rainy season, is the best construction period in Middle and Southern areas which has least rainfall erosion index distribution. (3) December to March has least rainfall in Eastern, and Northern except Keelung area, which is the best construction period. (4)Keelung area was affected by northeast monsoon and caused annual rainfall. However, during typhoon season, which will bring high rainfall intensity, so it is not suitable for construction from August to October. |
