中文摘要 | 本研究主要在探討國小學童的閱讀動機、理解策略的使用及閱讀成就三 者間的關係。受試來自台北市國小五年級學生428人。本研究的工具包括:閱讀態 度閱卷、自我效能量表、閱讀理解歸因問卷、閱讀理解策略問卷、閱讀理解測驗。 調查研究所得資料以典型相關、多元迴歸及HotellingT�斯必峟p方法進行分析。 調查研究的結果: (1) 閱讀動機和理解策略兩組變項間有典型相關存在,閱讀動機可解釋理解策略總 變異量的61左右。閱讀動機中,主要是興趣、挑戰、價值、成功-努力、成功- 能力好等影響所有理解策略的使用。 (2) 閱讀動機和理解策略可聯合預測閱讀成就。 (3) 高、低閱讀理解學童在閱讀動機和理解策略上有差異。 最後研究者並針對教育輔導和未來研究提出若干建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main objective of this study is to explore the relationship among reading motivation, using of reading comprehension strategies and reading achievements. The subjects are 428 fifth-grade students from twelve elementary schools in Taipei. The instruments employed in this study include: reading attitude questionnaire, self efficacy scale, reading comprehension attribution questionnaire, reading comprehension strategies questionnaire, test of reading comprehension of narrative articles. The information obtained were analyzed by using various methods of statistical analysis such ascanonical correlation, multiple regression, and Hotelling The result of the investigation analysis indicated: 1.Between the two variable groups of reading motivation and comprehension strategies, there exists a canonical correlation. Reading motivation is capable of explainingabout 61 of the overall variance of comprehension strategies. Among all reading motives, it is mainly interest, challenge, value, success efforts,success-good ability which affect the use of all the comprehension strategies. 2.Reading motivation and comprehension strategies together can predict readingachievement. 3. Elementary students with high reading comprehension exhibit higher self efficacy,reading interest, reading challenge,and reading value. They even attribute their reading success more to hard work, ease of the materials and good ability, and attributereading failure less to lousy ability. These highly skilled readers also tend to usecorrecting, predictive, and summarizing strategies. The researcher will also provide a discussion on the results of the study. Somerecommendations shall be made regarding educational assistance and future studies. |
