英文摘要 | Depletiaon curves of p, p'-DDT, heptachlor and chlorpyrifos through eggs were consturcted. The eggs were laid by laying hens administered with 5~90mg of a single does of pesticides. Chlorpyrifos in egg yolks increased to reach peak levels of 0.42~0.17 μg/g in 4~5 days, and then decreased to trace levels in 8 days, heptachlor and heptachlor and heptachlor epoxide increased to peak levels of 2.0~2.2 μg/g in 4~5 days and decreased slowly thereafter. DDT and metabolites increased to peak levels of 3.2~14.6 μg/g in 5~6 days and then decreased to 1.2~3.1 μg/g after 11days. Heptachlor and DDT continued to decrease from eggs after 50days of withdrawal. Elimination half-value times of DDT and heptachlor were about 7days and greater than 20 days, respectively. This indicated that the affinity between heptachlor and fatty tissues of laying hens is stronger than that with DDT. As compared to multi-dosage studies, lower percentages of pesticide intakes were excreted through eggs and higher percentages of pesticides were degraded. |
